Coin Laundry Association
The Coin Laundry Association (CLA) earned a 2020 ASAE Power of Associations Summit Award for the LaundryCares Foundation and its work to engage children and families in meaningful reading activities during their weekly visit to the laundromat. The initiative provides families with important early learning activities to meet urgent community needs, improve outcomes for children in poverty and reduce barriers to libraries and early literacy providers.

IN YOUR WORDS
America Works Best When We Work Together
“I am so thankful to work for associations, knowing together we make an impact every day. I work hand-in-hand with members to understand what they need to be successful and to eliminate barriers. I advocate on their behalf to create outcomes that truly advance their profession – providing continuing education, certifications and training and connecting members to our global and local communities, offering important economic support.”
